I am, im at the point i have roughly half a bottle left, had 2 bottles, so need to stock up some for the 10 week cycle so i have enough for and afterwards.

They definitely do work extremely well plus its a nice benefit for me not needing alot for a response.

Ive found i enjoy it more than 90/10 and i add some powdered taco spice to it.
 
you aren't even using a ton of gear.
it just proves that you don't need to use a lot to have great results
I like utilizing low dose and to see what i can do and accomplish on not alot of gear.

Thank you brother 🙏 i felt my shoulders did improve some, i haven't done much for them, i do machine seated shoulder press and that is about it, dont go super heavy either, sometimes keeping it simple really pays off.

Yeah i hope when i do a hard cut and aim for hitting 190-195lbs probably come spring time, plan is recomp, than hard cut, hopefully everything will come together, i feel if certain parts are to big it wont line up with men's physique body standards.

Quick notes for what i have coming up.

Blood work is booked for Monday December 23 fasting labs.

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Complete Blood Count
Total Test, Free Test, Shbg, Estradiol

Overall cost was 311 dollars, found a 10% off coupon so out the door 260 dollars, not bad at all, in February i have more blood work being done, so i can compare and contrast results.

Blood work is being run because i need to check everything before i jump into my bridge cycle from Domestic Supply.

With training ive backed off biceps lot only 3 movement's and 3 sets each movement, for some reason they dont want to stop growing, i have noticed forearms have grown and improved as well.

Definitely worked at one point i ran an oral in this with tbol, and numbers look really good. Im happy, besides the estrogen lol.

My estrogen has never been this low in my life and i dont think my body likes it, sore elbows harder to recover, stamina is down, just the last month or so been really tired, my estrogen is typically in the mid 30's to low 40's so my body i dont think is used to this or likes it.

I dont see a real issue with your estrogen levels. You should consider food levels as the basis for how you feel imo.

Could be food and could also be cold weather and getting dark eariler in the day, could be the constant temperature changes that are making my elbows or knees sore ontop of tired, maybe need to take a high dose of vitamin d + k2.

My coach has a plan he is working on putting in place with training and food, should have it in a few days time and when i do, i will share it with everyone, new macros among other plan implantations.

Talk to your coach, you probably should modify your food a bit but not sure better you plan with your coach on this.

We already have it set in motion he is working on a plan for me, with the holidays i understand it will take a bit, im in no hurry i gave him a range of calories based on gaining, maintaining, or losing weight for my height age and weight
