Veteran Log Domestic-Supply Bulking Log - 25Homes Max

Here is another update on food and training...

9am ham rice and eggs
1130am protein balls and shake
230pm salmon rice filet
530pm pork chops and rice
730pm muscle milk
830pm chicken and rice

trained Bis and tris

Tri pushdown 4 sets of 20 reps not sure on weight

wide grip curls 4 sets of 20 reps super set with pushdowns

dip mach 175lbs at 25 reps
190lbs at 22 reps
205lbs at 18 reps
205lbs at 14 reps drop to 160lbs 20 reps could do more weight but lifts me off the machine no belt to hold you down...need someone put plate on my lap I guess.

concentrate curl mach 70lbs at 18 reps
75lbs at 15 reps
85lbs at 15 reps
85lbs at 12 reps

skull crusher and close grip press 60lbs 25reps sk cr 20 reps close press 4 sets

dbell curls 40lbs at 18 reps
45lbs at 15 reps
50lbs at 11 reps
55lbs at 8 reps


Feel really strong and full. Weight is stuck about 205 but I am lean. I can cheat and eat ice cream and cereal for a week on top of all the food. I am continuing to drink the Chocolate milk it just dont matter. Ill get pics this week. Look like i am in a cut cycle SMH Crazy how my metabolism works on gear. Just stupid

That must be frustrating as hell to eat so much and not seeing the scale move. You must have some weird feedback loop going on with your thyroid.
@RoidRage69 or look at it from a different stand point, he can eat all he wants and not get fat, he's doing great super shredded

If I was him and I had this problem I would be eating Tillamook Mudslide everyday.
 
dirty bulking is just gonna add fat.

being a hard gainer isn't a bad thing. i think you should be patient and put on lean muscle mass over time. if you put on 1-2 pounds per year after 10 years thats 10-20 pounds of pure muscle tissue. that is good!
 
@RoidRage69 but he would have insulin sensitivity issues in the long run, I like @25homes clean approach to this

If I knew I was only going to be able to add 1-2 lbs of lean tissue each year with the amount of drugs he is using and food he is eating I would really question what the hell I am doing. Your basically saying he is near is genetic limits. Personally I think its his training that needs major adjustment that is holding him back. If he trained like me and added 3-5% weight increases to his lifts every week he would grow. Hi rep training only gets you so far. Its mostly water weight pump that goes away once the training and cycle ends. My style of lifting you dont lose anything when your done with the cycle. You also dont lose much if any when you take time off the gym. I see this with people who lift heavy all the time. They quit lifting and they stay huge.

This is basically the goal. I train to shock my muscles. I am sore for day or 2 days after I train every time. If the muscles are sore they are broke down and repairing ie growing imo. I feel if you are creating soreness consistently you will grow consistently.

I'm drinking about 3 gallons chocolate a week at this point with gallon of white milk as well. I feel I am growing just leaning out at same time which is crazy. Had lot of stress last month to 6 weeks too which doesn't help weight gain
 
Got lot of good food coming in. Pork chops beef burritos with pork green Chile for salmon and tuna so food isn't the issue. Lots of good food high protein good fats and cleans carbs comin in.

On another note I do need to get some sun I am very white right now which dont help the look obviously. Something else to work on. Atleast weather getting btr. I did get tractor up and running yesterday for the season so that's a plus

Right now using 1% chocolate milk. Was drinking whole chocolate and could see fat increase so went to 1%.

just keep in mind chocolate milk is a lot of sugar
Yea I get lot of sugar but it's big kcals and I have 6 pack with veins on my stomach bro. Will pull sugars in another month for summer.

lol man I get sunburned then go back to being white again. Think I only ever got a legit tan once in my life and that was on deployment. I love tuna.
 
So food and training back locked in. Trained chest yesterday great workout.

Chest press. 160lbs at 20reps.
180 lbs at 18 reps
180lbs at 18 reps
190lbs at 15 reps

Incline bell press 75lb bells 150lbs 4 sets of 15 here

Chest Flys. 175lbs at 20 reps
190lbs at 18 reps
190 at 18 reps
200lbs at 14 reps drop to 140lbs 12 more reps

Chest press. 190lbs at 12 reps drop to 130lbs at 12 reps. 2 of these sets...

Pump was great. Good soreness today. Feeling good. Eating good to. Will list food and another workout later.

Take advantage of it and Increase carbs and the weight you’re lifting make this a strength increase! You’re doing a lot of reps. You clearly have the strength to increase your lifts. You can still gain size with strength training. 💪🌸

sister i think 25homes gots worms possible. they in stomach and when he eats they steal the food from his body

i nevers had worms.. juss my cousin who used to eat raw beef after it sat out in texas sun for days. , but we gots issue with ticks and fleas in barn. had to spray down wife it got so bad. wife had ticks all over her hiding in her pit hair.
