Pump sick. Just mad as hell lost vascularity. It's embarrassing honestly. I'll get it back and have pics on 2 weeks. My bad on delay

Diet in check

8am 4 eggs toast ham
1030am muscle milk
1pm steak rice
4pm chicken broccoli
630p. Mre shake
830pm salmon and broccoli.

Usually eat 16oz salmon not 100g them take 74g from steak another 70g chicken then work shakes and eggs getting 350-400g daily. I don't track fat and keep carbs checked best I can. Feel good but low energy. Dropped tren 2 weeks ago last off anywhere week then bringing tren back with GW.

Sust 250mg weekly
Masteron p 300mg weekly
Winny 30mg daily
Hgh 2ius morn 2ius post workout

Will add tren back at 300mg weekly and gw as well. Hard 4 week push coming in a week.

training is solid and diet is looking clean brother love what your doing!
 
so you still can't train your legs?
No training legs with weights at all. Just cardio and that's bike or walking treadmill gettin some vascularity back in my calves!! Excited about that!! Knee still stiff and sore don't think it or my quad ever b right!!

This is why u need to come off the cycle. I saw and have been telling you this for well over a month ago. Your overdoing it on your cycles.
