@Crimson Hoop we dont laugh at anyone in the EVO family brotherIf I told you guys my diet you’d probably laugh at me. It’s mainly things like farm fresh eggs, all natural beef, farm fresh milk, water, potatoes, greens, beans, rice, etc.
I’m more of a country boy farmer vs a man in good shape with a good physique etc. I’ve been lifting a long time but it’s been basically limited to bench, squat, deadlifts. Used to be very consistent but the past couple years it’s been mainly limited to lifting objects at work. I work with tractor tires and semi truck tires all day. Sometimes 12 plus hours a day 5 days and sometimes 6 days a week. This doesn’t leave me too much left over anymore for things like lifting and my shoulders ain’t what they used to be. A lot of the days it’s freezing cold or hot as heck and I get drained compared to when I was younger.
I have listened to some of the evolutionary content on YouTube. I really enjoy it. I really appreciate evolutionary website YouTube channel and of course the forum. You guys have 100% made a massive difference in my life.
I live in a rural area in the US Southwest. I didn’t even have internet in my home til about 2010. Back in the 90s when I did some cycles it was because my good friend I grew up with went up north to BYU and came back on a break super swole. He told me about gear (very limited compared to this site lol) and gave me some. From that point on he was my only point of contact and source of information. Last cycle (before I just added in Dbol 2 weeks ago) was 1998 if I remember correctly. It was Dbol, deca, and vials of sust 250.
I didn’t know anything about clomid, hcg etc. back then at least We had like a 14.4 modem and it would take like an hour to download just a page of words. And half the time the page of words you downloaded isn’t the one you wanted to download. We would use the library at the college for internet back then. It never occurred to me to look up information about gear back then. I don’t know if there was any info available about it on the net back then anyhow.
I’m excited about finally posting here on the forums. I don’t really have any knowledge to add and I’m just here in a learning capacity. So I’d probably be almost 100% of the time just reading and maybe some thumbs up on some posts.
Please don’t get me wrong- I feel honored to be here, and am truly grateful.
