Approved Log Domestic Supply Testosterone cycle log

Breakfast I eat 1/2 cup cream of rice with 25mg of protein powder and around 4 tbsp of peanut butter.
Lunch I’ll have 8oz chicken breast, rice and some veggies. Throw a banana in there.
When I get home more of a protein source, rice or potatoes and some veggies. I’ll usually make a protein shake, always with water and eat some peanut butter. I stay away from gluten and dairy as much as possible. I just personally feel better when I do. I don’t weigh anything any more. I’m trying to gain weight so I just eat as much as I can afford.

Training I’ll usually do chest and tris. I work out in my basement during the week and go to the gym on Fridays and Saturdays. Or Saturday and Sunday. Usually 1 rest day or it all depends on kids and sports.
Quads and calves.
Back and bicep
Shoulder/traps
And I’ll throw in more chest since it’s really lacking. I have a terrible timing getting the kind muscle connection with my chest for whatever reason.
I’ll keep an eye on my liver and kidneys. My blood work has always came back great according to my doctor. I do supplement with nac.

Also with my dosage, I know Dylan said 300-350 of test a week can get gains, so that’s what I’m aiming for. My dosage actually comes down to 375mg a week.

Also, I do have armidex on hand if needed. No estrogen effects yet. No nipple sensitivity.
I do keep a close eye because during puberty my estrogen sky rocketed.

I would suggest adding omega 3 fish oils to your food its a must on cycle.

On the training, you're giving us what you're train but not weights exercises and reps /sets please start logging traininga nd share it.

I highly suggest you get arimidex or aromasin dont wait for sides.

you shouldnt wait to keep a close eye, you should get arimidex or aromasin NOW and start using it

and training we must see actual trainign bro

can you be more specific on diet like you say you eat what you can afford I respect that but can you share the food you eating with us like dinners and up the trianing info please
