Am I getting expected results? It’s hard for me to tell honestly since I see my self daily.

you have a lot of ways to improve your diet

i'm not seeing veggies in there, and aside from bananas where are your fruits? peanut butter, whey, crackers, noddles. all processed foods.

stick to single ingredient whole foods, these are gonna help your body get nourished

I could definitely be more strict with my diet. Everything is in my control but with family life and what my wife makes for dinner at times, I have to comprise with some things that I eat. I usually don’t eat noodles, if was left overs from what she made for the boys. Let me be clear though, I’m not make an excuse, it’s just the way my life is. I don’t track veggies, but I do not eat nearly enough. With being a single income, (myself) I have to make make sacrifices in my diet.
I really want to find the cheapest way I can eat. Unfortunately everything is so damn expensive these day. Any help is appreciated. Chicken, eggs, tuna, rice and oats, veggies. Cheapest It gets I guess.

Keep it up man. Food prices are definitely getting out of control and people are struggling. Just remember that if this trend continues, it is always more beneficial to spend your money on food over steroids. You will get better results from training hard with a great diet vs running a cycle with a diet that is lacking.

invest in a rice cooker. literally $25 on amazon. get a small one. you can not only make brown and wild rice, but you can also make any sort of veggie in them

spinach is CHEAP man. so are a lot of other veggies. you can steam them in 20 minutes and they taste great in there.. problem solved. also says you live in Indiana, well you can grow a shit ton of veggies there in your backyard. can buy a pack of seeds for cheap and grow a whole garden easily

Yes! My wife and I actually plan on getting a garden made next year. We started one, and then well, we were watering it for the first time and I forgot I left the water on and washed everything out. Man was I in the Doghouse.

Start that garden it's great for health. Hows the training and diet going?
 
Well guys, I decided to end the cycle. Over all I think I definitely did gain some size. I didn’t have too many side effects. The worst was how oily my skin is. I have oily skin to begin with but it got pretty bad. Estrogen was kept in control. I injected 3 times a week. Since I have been in trt for years now, my thinking was was the more
Frequent I inject, the more stable everything will be. Everything was pretty solid throughout.
Definitely going to focus on diet a little more. Towards the end my hungry was out of control.
I burn a shit ton of calories at my job and the past week was 100 degrees inside with 100 percent humidity. It’s hard for me to eat when I’m that hot. And even more cycle, when I have weeks like that at work, I get super ravenous and feel like I’m on a re feed. I literally don’t ever feel content. It’s literally like I don’t get full.
