@Stone22356 good update I like the detail level, test and anavar cycle you sure you want so much rice? maybe switch that out to a lower dose rice09/15
8:00am 5mg creating monohydrate,
50mg Anavar, 3mg Cialis
10:00am 70g of protein one can of tuna, two tilapia fillets
84g carbs one cup wild rice, fresh baby spinach, full can of peas
12pm only protein bar I know of that is dairy free and peanut free called cliff builders 280cal 20g protein 31g carbs
4pm didn’t get to do weight training but walked 6miles
8pm 120g protein 96% lean ground beef fresh spinach one apple
