how is the domestic supply test and var treating you so far?
The test is just a trt prescription. Don’t really now what to expect from the Anavar but the third day I was doing dumbbell curls and my pump was the best I’ve ever had and I carry a pump most of the day interested to see what next week brings it can only get better
 
Loaded the dishwasher, got the radio flyer washed and ready to tote the kids to the fair, trimmed my banana trees and oh my god the back pump kicked in wow

@Stone22356 anavar will get you to be lean and really push you to the next level with trt
 
Super busy the last two days with my kids and my ol’lady’s birthday. Trying to eat more I’ve added veggies to the diet I probably should have added that I’m anaphylactic to dairy and peanuts. is there a protein powder alternative to whey?
@Stone22356 try egg protein thats better a bit salty but works well

please update your log with diet training

8:00am 5mg creating monohydrate,

50mg Anavar, 3mg Cialis

10:00am 70g of protein one can of tuna, two tilapia fillets

84g carbs one cup wild rice, fresh baby spinach, full can of peas





12pm only protein bar I know of that is dairy free and peanut free called cliff builders 280cal 20g protein 31g carbs



4pm didn’t get to do weight training but walked 6miles



8pm 120g protein 96% lean ground beef fresh spinach one apple
 
I think fruit is a very important part of your nutrition. I would like to see more of that.

@Stone22356 good update I like the detail level, test and anavar cycle you sure you want so much rice? maybe switch that out to a lower dose rice
 
So, basically you're just running trt and then adding some anavar. makes sense
 
might want to add n2guard to help with sides. it has taurine
