2pm low rows cable machine 60lbs reps to failure x5 the pump felt amazing so I put the pin at 20lbs elevated my shoulders to hit the posterior delt and went to town for one hell of a pump felt it in my traps as well went to failure 5x
Lat pull down 90lbs to failure 5x
Lateral raises 15 lbs to failure 3x
Curl bar 50lbs to failure 3x shoulders and traps were pumped felt great why not pump the biceps as well
Shrugs 40lbs to failure 3x
Probably did not need to go to failure every rep but felt like king dick today more aggressive than usual and a lot of motivation from listening to the evo podcast all day
Shin pumps crept in on me just walking around the grocery store and back pumps as well
Fasted all day plan to break my fast at 7 with plenty of fruit (apples, bananas, water melon, ect) 2 fillets of tilapia, 2 chicken breast and 2 cups rice with fresh baby spinach about to handfuls
One a day multi vitamin, triple omega (omega-3tt/868mg, 6/552mg, 9/340mg) 5mg creatine monohydrate, Collagen peptide type 1&3 6.7grams, liver support
