1/2 lb grass fed burger w/pickles
Calories = 480
Protein = 84
Carbs = 0
Fat = 68

5pm another burger
1/2 lb grass fed burger w/pickles
Calories = 480
Protein = 84
Carbs = 0
Fat = 68

Total
Calories = 2440
Protein = 263
Carbs = 117
Fat = 209

(I'd like to have a shake before bed)

I know you guys said quit watching the scale..so I haven't all week. I've ate more calories this week than in the last weeks.. so I thought I would just peek at the scale...I'm freaking out... 237 fully dressed without shoes..lol I added a pic to show you for real my freaking pants are falling off.. damn progress feels good

The Carbs are figured into the eggs/avocado/toast meal
The bread carried most of the Carbs of the meal - 34 carbs for 4 slices

the bread i eat with my eggs sometimes is called base culture and is as good as you will find

@Mobster yes, for min I was 235, then 238, 240, then bam! This morning at a new low of 230. Like I pissed some fat away the last couple of days..freaking weird

a trick with eggs is leave the yolk runny
