I would put more time into the lifting. Do higher intensity cardio after your lifting. Cut the time down to 20 min. Do intervals 1 min sprint/ 1 min easy.

I would never sacrifice weight training for cardio. Ever!!!

I normally work from home but had to spend half day in the office,. It put a dent in my food, I know I'm light on the protein today.
 
Don't worry about the protein man. One day of 176g isn't going to make your muscle fall off, lol. Although, I know the feeling of not getting enough and stressing about it. Just keep pushing forward.

@dominion7 high protein is good, but lets get carbs under 100 until your meeting thats upcoming
I was looking back I think you have about 1 month right?
Lower carbs, higher cardio and really staying tight is important now.

Yeh brother, flying out the 31st. That's the week I'm supposed to start var, but I'll wait til I get back. I assume I should still hit my injectables before leaving correct?
Ok, I'll keep Carbs under 100 the next 2 weeks..I was wanting to concentrate on chest & arms, some back before going.

keep carbs super low and cardio super high, this is the time to get really tight before your meeting.

Would it be ok to bump cardarine up to 20mg or stay at 10?
