so you got primo+ anavar as a dht. no need for proviron unless you want to add it
 
proviron is still good
It can boost your cycle entirely I wouldn't run 50 milligrams though you can get away with just 25 milligrams fine here
I was honestly hoping not to "have to" use proviron this run since I already have my order. I don't want to pay another shipping charge for a small item. I will use it on a future cycle. So can I get agreement from the bros on running everything the way I have it laid out with removing the proviron? Thx bros

Goals
1) reduce weight to 225lbs
2) increase strength. Current bench is 225 for 4 reps. I'm shooting high 225 for 10reps.

As always, any other info needed let me know...let's get this party started...

So 45mins cardio? If that's what you're saying it's going to take, I'll do it. I have 1 1/2 hours for the workout. I'll cut out the 20min sauna, do 45mins cardio then 45 lifting... sounds good to me...is that correct?
 
You definitely stepping it up this time I see 💪 congratulations on the new cycle and log brother, let's kill it 💪
 
if you do high intensity cardio even 15 minutes is plenty.

hill running for example or interval sprints .. you are a big guy though so be careful with your legs

@dominion7 in getting lean cardio is a big big key bro :) so yes i would go with 45min cardio 45min lifting to start but go 15min pre and 30min post
