you're not doing a carb up before fasting are you bro? :) if so dont next time, you're better off going into fast low carbed so you get into light ketosis, you can see @PrinceDaddy in his log (he has a ketone monitor) and he gets into ketosis fast so its possible
Not heavy.. I've had about 150 Carbs today and will have aome popcorn here shortly... I'm so freaking bloated just from the Carbs ive had. I'm good

@dominion7 perfect you're pushing cardio up, you'll be a bit more tired high carbs and cardio but that means you're leaning out

Thanks brother.. I am very tired, I'm 24hrs into the fast, I took a nap from 5:30pm to 7:30..feeling a little better, a little refreshed. I'm only about 1/2 pound off my goal weight. I'll hit it tomorrow..1 week earlier than expected. I had to go get new clothes today, and man new slimmer clothes feel damn good. My wife said she's not fan of me and the needles, but she is very proud of me and the hard work I am putting in. Thanks to you and the EVO FAMILY...
 
I need information & opinions from all the bros... and of course @stevesmi and @Mobster because I listened to all the podcasts. The anadrine SARM I am interested for my wife because she has osteopenia borderline osteoporosis. Basically bone loss from getting older and new bone not being generated. She walks with me but does not work out. I think it would be good for her try... thoughts bros?

@dominion7 24 hours in thats good, you'll be close to the weight or weight as you come into the longer fast bro :) EVO FAMILY 4LIFE!

My view, you're better off going with ostarine mk2866 with her but thats hard to say because it can backfire, I wouldn't do it, unless very low dose mk. How about supplements? OTC

Look at HRT. What she has IS common in women and esp so of a certain age (post menopausal). That said ANY load baring exercise would help slow the loss.

I'd look also look at MK677 (low dose). Ostarine, from a quick search, would be best of those easily available (use Umbrella Labs)

My food is out of whack. I didn't buy much since we will be leaving for 8 nights. So today I had my normal Shake, I ate my last steak, had a salad, and don't strangle me, but I ate 3 pieces of left over pizza from the grandkids. I'll have to get a few items to last me until Friday. I did hit my goal of 225, but im sure i blew it during the Holiday weekend after the fast. I'm not even going to look at the scale. I have 2 more mornings of working out before leaving Friday morning.

Sorry I didn't finish as strong as the bros wanted me to. I did hit it as hard as I could from Feb22 (1st cycle) especially the damn cardio..lol But know this, when I put my mind to it, and the support of the bros, I can dedicate... I'll hit it again coming back from vacation. Just to show the bros.. my 5th week of my 2nd cycle is actually on vacation.. when I get back I'll have 4 pins left & 5 weeks of var... look for me to hit 200lb weight... and still be pressing 225 for multiple yeps... I got this, and with your support this comes easy...

no matter after what happened, you got to your goal now lets stay with the 225 range so you can really lean out for the meeting

you're leaving when man? and I hope you stay updated here at least show us pics and your training there, do push ups etc to stay pumped
