Lol, that would be nuts. I've never had size except for being fat. I'm just thinking not too crazy, just stick with the test, deca, primo, since body reacts well it, and throw in some d-bol..

Good morning,
Friday evening was just a zombie evening from traveling all say. Yesterday was a lot of driving around locally, showing us the area, hanging out, catching up on the last 30yrs that we hadn't seen each other. Some local food, fruit and a lot of coffee and just settling in. I'll try and get some exercise in at some point. There isn't air conditioning... 😳. The house stays in upper 70s..but must keep windows closed because of humidity. At night you can open them and sleep well in the cool breeze from the elevation level we are at. But exercise may be a stretch for a gringo in this weather lol.
More to come..
 
It’s a vacation don’t do any training. You’re probably burning more cals just from walking around sightseeing. Rest up for when u get back home. That’s when the real training starts.

The Panamanians are big on their carbs..desserts..I'm focusing on minimizing that... lol
