I remember earlier this year watching an old YouTube video of Mike Mentzer in his 50's or 60s, speaking to a group of people about different lifts. He said the reverse grip pulldown is the best bicep exercise you can do. It works the whole bicep, plus the benefits of your back workout. So I've always tried to keep that mindset when doing back.
 
I couldn't find the actual Mike Mentzer video, but this video you can hear Mike speaking about the reverse grip pulldown while this guy executes it.

@dominion7 the only issue was that mentzer was cracked out so i take that with grain of salt
but VOLUME is key 100% in all training

Awe man was he really? I have never gotten into his bio, that sucks. But as far as getting back into action, it is coming along. Training is feeling good, getting up at 4am is the hard part at the moment lol. Getting ready to head out the door now... then this evening getting my food together for prepping.
 
When I got home from the gym this morning, a mother hen turkey was out walking her chick's in my backyard
