He said the reverse grip pulldown is the best bicep exercise you can do. It works the whole bicep, plus the benefits of your back workout. @dominion7 the only issue was that mentzer was cracked out so i take that with grain of saltI found the actual video saw.
Awe man was he really? I have never gotten into his bio, that sucks. But as far as getting back into action, it is coming along. Training is feeling good, getting up at 4am is the hard part at the moment lol.
