you never want to spend too much time in the sauna and sweat too much

cardio definitely is crucial your heart is a muscle just like your biceps or any other muscle on your body so the more you train it the stronger it can get
 
Agreed with Steve. Sauna doesn’t do much other than expel toxins. Cardio does the same and burns cals and helps heart.
 
cardio is definitely crucial our hearts are so weak due to our lifestyles
 
I think with sauna the best time to use it is pre-workout just to warm up the muscles on a cold day
 
I would pick fasted cardio over sauna long term it would have better benefits
 
infrared sauna's are more optimal than regular saunas
 
you can always just take a hot bath with those bubbles that would really relax you
 
i like the bath idea, it's nice and relaxing before bed
 
I've never liked the idea of laying in hot water or being in a sauna but that's just me
 
hope you have a good holiday buddy anything special plan are you doing barbecue
 
hopefully you can get in some cardio today even on a holiday

Finally got 20mins in sauna today, felt great.
@dominion7 sauna is good buddy but keep it under 10-15 mins ..........

Soaked my legs in hot tub for 10mins then just fell into the pool...felt nauseous...

I came up a little off on pinning my gear. All my test (except TRT), primo, n2gaurd are gone. I havec1cc of deca left..lol I messed up somewhere. So my last pin in this cycle will be TRT & 1CC of deca 300.
Then finishing with 3 weeks of var.

How many weeks off you going to go? 6-8 weeks? You going to just do TRT at 150-200mg?
