Yep, my cardio is at least 8 miles a week in conjunction with my lifting... it was just a tough few weeks. Thx bro

Thanks Sis, yes I agree. I messed around with thoughts of doing a bulking cycle. But yeh, I will probably just stick with adding more Test to my TRT, some Deca & anavar. It's been working, so if it isn't broke, don't fix it right?

Yeh, I probably share more about my life & family than others do in their logs. I probably share too much. However, it's just the way I am. I'm pretty upfront about things. I've lifted on and off through out my life, but this is the first time I've tried to be serious about it, and it's hard to juggle life & train hard. I can't imagine what the bros & gals go through that compete.
