4 sets Calve raises x20
4 sets Leg extensions x10
4 sets seated leg curls x10
Meals have been meat, fish, chicken salad & occasional bowl of high fiber cereal blowing the steak out of my body lol
Still 30mins cardio after workout..sorry forgot to attach. Also, since Thursday is an off gym day, the wife and I walked another 3 miles before dinner.
