Meals have been meat, fish, chicken salad & occasional bowl of high fiber cereal blowing the steak out of my body lol

Still 30mins cardio after workout..sorry forgot to attach. Also, since Thursday is an off gym day, the wife and I walked another 3 miles before dinner. Last two days of cardio on treadmill plus this evening out walking... (I'm getting there bro..) weight 227

Its nice that you can walk with the wife. Is she going to lift with you as well?
Right now she is doing classed with other women getting her cardio & strength up...
