I have to be honest bros & sisters, having only done two cycles, it is so much easier being on the sauce when being committed, tracking weight. Food, workouts, etc... than just cruising TRT. Do you all feel the same way? I love the sauce, it makes me disciplined...

Yes that is pretty correct. The way I look at it is when we go on cycle we are putting body through stress so we can't party and eat crappy.

How long were you planning on being on TRT dose?

My party days are long gone. I am surprised I am alive with all the shit ive gone through. I used to be stoned and drunk during swim practice every day and I still made the All American Team.

2 more weeks, because I'm giving the liver a break. I'm going a lot of test, minimal deca & anavar throught a whole 12 week cycle

I have been off hard liquor & beer for 3 yrs..I only drink good dry reds.. which I'd why I stack Tudca + N2Gaurd on cycle, I love my Brunello

Today's work out
4 sets Leg presses x10
4 sets Calve raises x20
4 sets Leg extensions x10
4 sets seated leg curls x10

Meals have been meat, fish, chicken salad & occasional bowl of high fiber cereal blowing the steak out of my body lol
Include the poundages
 
That dude in the video should go 10 meals a day and 7 or 8 lol
 
no more building more gyms. there are already too many. they just put up another one down the street from one of mine everyone wants to own a gym or a bar or a restaurant until they realize how cyclical the business is
