Get some anti-histamines
I usually only get an allergy shot in March & August. Its been high pollen all Spring, I got one February & April. It keeps me from sneezing & itchy eyes, but I can still get congested. Which is happening now, and I am taking an anti-histamine called Zrytec

No Sir, my wife will not move outside of smelling distance from our grandchildren 😁
 
you might be asthmatic so any type of allergen will bother you make sure you get those expensive filters for your house
No asthma thank God
 
Felt pretty good this morning, with off gym day slept til 7am instead of 4am. Sheets were soaked, but i feel much better. I think I just some down time. I was hungry so I rode out a little 16hr fast and first meal of the day is grass fed ribeye & greens beans

Hey bros, is it possible to eat too much in one sitting, where you stress out your system buy the amount of calories and protein at one time?

After a small 16hr fast, I had the steak with green beans, but wanted something sweeter so I had one of my shakes and this is the total for the one meal
Cal = 1950
Pro = 156
Carbs = 75
Fat = 118

About 45min to an hour I started feeling very tired.. no matter how clean the food is and how hungry I am is there a max calorie & protein intake for 1 meal?

I get that sometimes, you probably spiked your blood glucose too much.

If you’re only eating one meal a day eat all u can. There is no limit.

It takes normally takes me 3 meals of clean food to hit about 21, 0r 2200 calories and get over 200 in protein. But I really felt like 💩 when I stuffed myself this afternoon..I haven't ate since. Probably won't eat again tonight unless this stuff digests...

I literally have to force feed myself 3000 cal on this bulk I am doing. Eating cals is not easy unless your eating a ton of fat. On my off days I eat more fat and less carbs so its easier to get cals in. On these higher carb days after lifting it gets tiresome.

It totally feels like my body is shutting down...and I only did like 1950 in one meal..I'm doing it again ugh.
