Had a heart scan today, it's only 50 bucks to check for plaque in your arteries. My test came back a perfect 0.

No probiotics as of yet. Right now just the basics. Magnesium, Zinc, vitamin D, on top of the ingredients in AG1 greens o add to my protein shakes.

You can do what I do. I start a new log and then I copy/paste the workout to my main log as well.

Dude that sounds like work to me.lol. I'm going to struggle just to start listing all the macros to my meals again. But I know I need to, I've found that accountability is huge when it comes down to workouts & especially meals. That support is what I love about this site.

Test deca anavar is your push here right? whats our cycle plan? I checked back but seems we need to discuss :)
Cycle will be basically the same as last minus the primo. I'll start Saturday, pinning weekly.

TRT preloaded syringe of 180mg/200cyp Test

1cc 250cyp Test

1cc 300/Deca Durabolin

50mg Anavar split
25mg pre-workout at 4:30am
25mg Noon

Goal - Totally focused on recomping. Will weigh in Saturday morning planning to be 225lbs or lower, finishing the 12 week cycle at 200lbs.

you should cut the deca to 200mgs/week to start off imo @dominion7
