Hello bros & sisters,
I'm stoked about starting my 3rd cycle tomorrow. I am going to start a new log in the morning with dosage, weight, goal, pics etc... I had personal crap, traveling & sickness interrupt my last cycle and that sucked. I remember listening to @Mobster on the podcast one time talking about how stress, life stuff, etc... can mess up workouts, diet, cycles..etc.. and man he wasn't kidding. My head is in a better space, and I'm ready to make some gains as well as hit my goal weight. I'll post the new log link here tomorrow... and as always Thank You All... EVOFAMILY4LIFE

The ol' 5-3-1(I will be going very light on squats & deadlifts) I was told to stop doing them 10yrs ago because of my back. However, I really believe that if I go slow & light weight following the program correctly, it will really strengthen my core.

You're going to do very well with this program. It won't be boring and you won't need to guess anything as it's all written out for you. Just make sure you stretch good and use ice packs on your knees, hips, elbows, and shoulders.

I am excited as hell for you. This is going to be a perfect routine for you.
