I was concerned going higher level of gear off the bat, go with 300mgs but ease into it 200mgs for 2 weeeks and dive right in after.I didn't have any issues with the same dosage last cycle. Is there another reason for the suggestion?

You guys told me to hit it everytime, and I have the proof of my own body that it works.. it is a motivator nowperfect I like how you finish with cardio

You're going to do very well with this program. It won't be boring and you won't need to guess anything as it's all written out for you. Just make sure you stretch good and use ice packs on your knees, hips, elbows, and shoulders.@RoidRage69 & @RoidRageWife you guys are going to love the workout I'm going to do during this cycle...lol..
The ol' 5-3-1(I will be going very light on squats & deadlifts) I was told to stop doing them 10yrs ago because of my back. However, I really believe that if I go slow & light weight following the program correctly, it will really strengthen my core.
