No problems, I guess just to keep Carbs down
You should be eating rice and sweet potatoes for your carb sources. If u want to cut cals cut out fats. You don’t need to eat over 100 grams fat daily. Either do a keto diet or don’t. There is no in between

Sweet potatoes and rice are kinda super foods weird someone would tell you not to eat them. Are you trying to keep your carbs really low ?
Not really low, I've been under 180 each I believe

@ceo told me take psyllium husk last cycle, but I didn't. I think i need it now if that really helps with the digestion. I do take some non dairy probiotics & digestive enzymes with a super mushroom complex. If yiu familiar with AG1 greens it has it all in it. Here is the ingredients View attachment 36087

you should be taking psyllium husk daily for digestion and bloating
probiotics and digestive enzymes take them separate
 
What does this even mean? I went 11 weeks on semaglutide which was extremely successful and hit my goal much sooner than expected so I went into a bulk. I will be going back into the semaglutide cut again in 8 weeks for round #2. I love the stuff as it’s incredible at fat loss. Lowers blood sugars and keeps your body from working against you. You will see more bodybuilders incorporate it into their cuts successfully more and more as time goes on. It allows more bulking time per year as it doubles the fat loss rate during the cut.
@RoidRage69 it means I believe and many agree that semaglutide causes long term digestive damage which I don't think is something you can stay on or should stay on unless you're obese which you're not.

@dominion7 1 tbps psyllium husk AM and 1 tbps afternoon make sure to drink a lot of water

probiotics get 10billion+ and empty stomach + with meals

and digestive enzymes with each meal
 
Hey bros, sorry for the break. The allergies took me down a couple of days, bad headache, rough breathing. Still have the headache..but I got up and hit it this morning. Went over in Calories and I haven't had dinner..but I felt like eating. I believe the deca has kicked in.

Yeh, I was eating walnuts to help reach my calories, just got used to putting them in my shakes. I'll watch that moving forward.
 
I'm not aware of anybody who got fat eating walnuts
they're high in calories but they're all so high in fat and protein
