Don't forget to squat

AWESOME. That is what it is all about. I don't think anyone can truly explain with words that feeling when you hit a new PR.

Keep posting. I can tell you would be a wealth of knowledge. I would love to hear more about your current diet and training program.

great job bro.. I love how the bar bends, real man weight right there

I am like you, no matter what I will always be a powerlifter first, these younger kids walking around 155 pounds with their 6 packs who like to stand in front of the mirror curling 25 pound dumb bells will never get it.

i'm an advocate of anyone under 25 getting hours of powerlifting under their belt vs. this zyzz culture of physique. that will pay off long term more... all the best bodybuilders started out training for strength, that is truly how you build large muscle mass. you can't do it in front of the mirror curling pink dumb bells mirin yourself for 40 minutes

one thing is certain at these commercial gyms.. the dumb bell section is always packed, but the squat rack is always open. and these skinny kids wonder why they dont' grow for shit

Hey! I curl the 25lbs dumbbells in front of the mirror. Id flex my abs too if they werent covered by a layer of fat. But really i think its a balance of volume, heavy weight, and time under tension that will build the most muscle mass.
