BPC doesn't care where it is injected. You can actually get it in a nasal spray. TB can be injected anywhere but closer to the injury the better. It's gonna work either way but close to site is best.
This is coming from my doc who does my TRT and injury healing if it's more than i can do myself.

@Dozer55 i am always taking studies and anecdotal
so always inject into the site and into the lower abs fat so split the injection no matter the peptide, for recovery i mean

Yeah what I found from the heavy duty training Mike menzer did I was making improvements but my arms shrank and overall muscle size.

Back to conjugate system max effort days seemed to add thickness to my body but after that I’m pretty much in bodybuilding mode and pounding the muscles this should get me back on track. I was struggling with certain body parts cause my tris,bis and shoulders recover fast. My legs 5-7 days and chest was 4-5days for recovery but now I’m back at the scene where I’m doing a shit ton on every given day. Keeping sets at 3-4 and seeing if I can pound through these workouts in an hour then I’ll add volume where it is needed I guess

It use to be more im starting around 3-4 sets and I’m gunna add volume where it is needed like chestbi can tell is gunna need some pump work my back I’m hitting every workout rows on upper days and lats on lower days worked in the past but we shall see
 
Let me know how the tb and bpc work. I need to try it out myself

Are you following a specific program?
 
Tb500 doesn't matter
bpc close to injection site

but i've heard both ways done
 
i think should split the difference and inject both at injection site
