Yeah I might up the frequency of my calve training to 3-4 days a weekLooks good, man. The legs, especially the sizes and credible specially in the upper legs.

2. Flat machine press 4x10-12 1xdrop set
3. Incline machine 2x failure
4. Jm press gotta get use to the movement again so I did 4x10 my tris were dead at those point
5. Db military 2x12 1xdrop
6. Cable push down complex 3 sets to failure 1 set normal push down to failure as well
6. Flys 4x20
7. Side raises 5x12-15

Legs were done today and went like this
1. Calves 3x15-20 seated then 4x standing 15-20 with 1 drop set
2. Squat 1x5-8. Body builder chick was asking some questions so I got cold but managed 550x3
3. Lying leg curls worked up to a hard set of 12 then did a drop set till I couldn’t do parcels did another failure/drop set after testing 2 mins
4. Leg extensions worked up to up to a hard set of 15-20 then did a brutal drop set again
5. Seated leg curls worked up to a hard 12-15 and did more drop sets of death.
After that I was done I hobbled to the locker room and left.

Sleeves are nice youbjust slide on and go but I’m so use to wraps I say fuck it. I did do 500 for 1 without wraps and wasn’t even that bad if that chick didn’t talk the balls off me then I think 5-6 reps would of been doableI need to start wrapping.
