Week 13 of the cycle things are goin okay strength is good, pumps are crazy.
Legs were done today and went like this
1. Calves 3x15-20 seated then 4x standing 15-20 with 1 drop set
2. Squat 1x5-8. Body builder chick was asking some questions so I got cold but managed 550x3
3. Lying leg curls worked up to a hard set of 12 then did a drop set till I couldn’t do parcels did another failure/drop set after testing 2 mins
4. Leg extensions worked up to up to a hard set of 15-20 then did a brutal drop set again
5. Seated leg curls worked up to a hard 12-15 and did more drop sets of death.
After that I was done I hobbled to the locker room and left.
