Hey whats up everyone? New here to evo and need some advice. I need to drop bodyfat im 30 yo been training on and off since 2001 ive built a big physic over the years trained mainly for football power lifting my bodyfat is high and im wanting to cut down i dont need to be as heavy as i am anymore im currenty 290 at 6'1. I changed my training to higher volume with cardio and feel i have a decent diet planned out. I dont want to use gear cuz of my bf% but i was reading up on sarms the cutting stack, would this be beneficial to me? I know theres no magic solution but i could use all the help i can get let me know what yall think, thanks.

That sarms cutting stack is perfect for your goal of dropping bodyfat. However, as you know, diet will dictate 90% of your results. Good luck to you
 
yes, stay consistent with your diet bro... that's the key to all of this... discipline and motivation are what will get you there however the sarms will provide the most drastic enhancement for your goals... put them together and you have some big progress ahead bro
 
yes sarm's and adjust your diet from a powerlifter eat a bunch of red meat and wreck the buffet, to a bodybuilder will take a lot of discipline

diet is the key to this... SARMs will help but it wont help you if you don't help it! diet and cardio are the foundation to reach your goals!
 
Thanks everyone for your support, planning on working just on diet and training alone for 3-4 weeks for consistency then introducing the sarms and really turn things up. Want to get shredded, feel good, and live longer dont have interest in competing as a bodybuilder but i want to look like one. Feeling very motivated invested some money in building a fully functional gym in my garage no need to ego lift here lol. I can train hard and not take time away from my wife and 3 kids and be there for them, i will keep yall updated with my progress thanks again everyone

Get sarms 1 triple stack and a good clean diet you lean out fast
 
GW, ostarine and S4 would be a great triple stack man. or even LGD, s4, and GW, although LGD is gonna be a bit suppressive

The mental aspect of eating VERY clean and flawless is far more challenging that ANY physical aspect of the journey. Stay CONSISTENT with a good diet will ultimately yield results. Obviously a solid weight training routine and cardio are essential as well but people to this day still don't accept how hard eating properly and macros are, it's very difficult but what needs to be done. You can do all the training and cardio you want but ask yourself why got 2/3 of the way? That's what most do and that's why they are average and see average results, Diet is superior but 2 weeks doesn't cut it bro, stick with it and that's what will transform your physique over time
 
100% diet included in the lifestyle change.

You need to just live it every day and remember that any good diet that is working will keep you hungry all day.

Yes the SARMs can help you maintain muscle mass and all but you still need diet to really bring it all together.

whats your bf%? sarms triple stack is one of the few things i will advise for over 20% bf besides diet and excerise
