Hey whats up everyone? New here to evo and need some advice. I need to drop bodyfat im 30 yo been training on and off since 2001 ive built a big physic over the years trained mainly for football power lifting my bodyfat is high and im wanting to cut down i dont need to be as heavy as i am anymore im currenty 290 at 6'1. I changed my training to higher volume with cardio and feel i have a decent diet planned out. I dont want to use gear cuz of my bf% but i was reading up on sarms the cutting stack, would this be beneficial to me? I know theres no magic solution but i could use all the help i can get let me know what yall think, thanks.
