As of this week doing a small wash off diet phase and dropping PEDS down for 4-6weeks before going into another growth phase. Shred some unnecessary bodyfat and restore insulin sensitivity ready for a big year! Current bodyweight is 107.2kg. @Livewell2024 @DofRandD
