Thinking of a cutting cycle my stats are as is
Age: 23
Height: 5’7
Weight: 167
Bench press: 265
Squat: 285-305 injured my knee and was out for a while.
I know im a bit on the younger side but I have taken every sarm there is out there started early, but my bloodwork came back fine a couple months ago Doc said im very healthy so that gave me the go ahead to build/plan for this cycle.
My goal for this cycle is to lose some weight while getting stronger I know im not heavy as it is but at one point when I was weighing 158-160ish I was putting up 305 on the bench and 415 on my squat thats before I got injured of course which led to my weight gain it wasn’t much but I got some love handles now and what almost looks like a small beer belly lol (I don’t drink btw). So here is what I plan on doing and keep in mind I have tried every sarm and have already done a test only cycle and test & anavar cycle before anyone says I might not be ready lol
1-12: MK-2866(Ostarine) 20mg ed
1-12: Cardarine 25 mg ed
1-8: Anavar 25-50 mg ed (pre workout)
2-8 Winstrol 25 mg ed (pre workout)
1-12: 4-Andro 33 mg ed
1-12: Tadalifil 25 mg eod
1-12: Milk Thistle 1300 MG ED
1-12: Berberine HCI 1000 MG ED
1-12 R-Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 MG ED
1-12: Chromium 200 MCG ED
A few questions I have is my maintenance is 2500 calories per day, with this cycle how low can I go on calorie intake while still getting stronger?
