eating in a surplus on steroids and body fat

28, first cycle. 5’8’’
I’ve been on test and deca for the past 10 weeks. I’m having to eat a lot more food and eat in a surplus due to the appetite increases. I’ve gone from 167 to 187 on this cycle from eating so much. I’ve also put on He noticeable amount of body fat.
My question is will this body fat turn into muscle while on steroids in the future or does fat stay fat. Someone told me the more muscle you put on the more fat you burn.

The body fat accumulated will not turn into muscle unfortunately however your NEAT will increase every time you put on more muscle making for future fat loss “easier” since you’ll be able to consume more calories to get the same desired effect.

The body fat you out on does not turn to muscle. Even though you are in gear you still need to control your eating and eat clean. A lot of the weight you put on is most likely water and glycogen. It will go away once you get off cycle. You will have to deal with the body fat to see where you are at and what is actually muscle.

you can eat surplus easy but you need to increase protein intake man :) thats key
 
dirty bulking is a mistake a lot of people make who jsut want to move the scale
you also increase insulin resistance when you do that which will make it more difficult to lose body fat
 
you can get bigger without getting fatter
 
At your age and at your height you have a lot of potential to put on quality masks don't blow it
 
muscle doesn't turn into fat or vice versa there are two completely different things
 
you need to make sure you don't keep blowing up and ending up overweight
 
for your high your at a good weight I wouldn't keep trying to gain
 
I think for your next one you should focus on cutting back the excess fat
 
fat and muscle are two completely different things but it's a lot easier to put on fat
 
anyone can gain a bunch of sloppy weight on cycle that isn't that impressive to me next time put on quality Mass
 
No such thing as turning fat into muscle. If you have gained fat on cycle, you will have to work hard to lose it. Next time, do not run deca if it is causing appetite increases like that. Or you just have to learn to eat less.
 
Fat does not turn into muscle. That statement alone let’s me know you shouldn’t be using steroids
