Echos HGH log and cycle

Log #2

Okay. So I’ve only been on the GH for about 3wks now. Doing my normal TRT as well. I plan on starting my cycle next week. I’ve notice two things since I started GH. 1) I’m tired most of the day. I know this is a known side effect, so no big deal 2) I’m retaining some water. Specifically I’ve noted swelling in my ankles. My weight has went from 223 to 229. I’m currently about 500 calories below maintenance. I know water retention is a known side effect too. I just hope it doesn’t get any worse when I move up to 4 IUs as this is supposed to be a cut cycle for me.

Training as been the same. Nothing new to report there. I’ll try to make a log post once or twice a week during the cycle.

Try lowing your carb intake, makes me hold water when carbs to high

Can you post your diet in more detail? and more about your training? like actual log

reason is sounds like you're doing high carb because your hgh sides are high carb sides

are you noticing you are sleeping harder?

never had that side using domestic supply hgh
 
yea a meal plan would be nice to see
seems if you post it in the log we can judge your hgh sides better

When do you take it - it might make a difference
