I’m still using 1IUs of HGH. Just gonna keep that going for some time. As far as foods, man I don’t think I can get more clean. Chicken, rice, fruits, some pork here and there….fish, eggs etc, some oatmeal. no breads, no junk food. My carbs were at 250g/d…when I dropped to 150g/d….that’s when I felt the change.
As far as starting the next cycle, I’m gonna wait until Jan 2023. Let my body recover. I’m backI got off a little bit in the gym this week. My problem is I have every intention of doing a light day…..but I just get into the lifts and next thing I know I’m pushing myself. Honestly, I love the grind, the gym, the feel of a good muscle contraction.
