Echos HGH log and cycle

I’m still using 1IUs of HGH. Just gonna keep that going for some time. As far as foods, man I don’t think I can get more clean. Chicken, rice, fruits, some pork here and there….fish, eggs etc, some oatmeal. no breads, no junk food. My carbs were at 250g/d…when I dropped to 150g/d….that’s when I felt the change.

As far as starting the next cycle, I’m gonna wait until Jan 2023. Let my body recover. I’m backI got off a little bit in the gym this week. My problem is I have every intention of doing a light day…..but I just get into the lifts and next thing I know I’m pushing myself. Honestly, I love the grind, the gym, the feel of a good muscle contraction.

Nice update brother. Taking an extra rest day here and there might help. Also, you seem to be getting enough sleep but do you feel like it is good quality sleep? Just wondering if the major carb adjustment somehow impacted your sleep.

I am thinking of getting the grey tops from naps. I'm new to HGH, but feel like it would help me tremendously.
I will start my contest prep mid February. I plan on doing 2iu. I think the grey tops actually work out to 2.4 iu per ml.
Not sure how it will impact me, we shall see.
