I would recommend staying away from that. U need to go low fat on this diet.
Yeah there is almost no options at the fair for healthy eating, or else I would. I have walked the whole thing and pretty much just junk food- it's only a couple days

Bros were really gonna need to work on your diet if you want to maxmize your outcome and performance. Food looks good but really has nothing nutritionally valuable or that will help build muscle. Let’s get dialed in bro 💪🏽

Yeah but there is literally nothing healthy lmao. Diet returns to normal tomorrow, along with heavy (for me), high volume training + practices and college starting.

I tried going to Walmart on the way down, they were completely out of every single different type of protein supps- chips/bars/cookies, etc.

What I have been eating for the fair (macros estimated)

Breakfast- two cups milk, 16 g protein, 200 cals
Six slices bacon. 21 g protein, 210 cals

Lunch- Philly cheesestake, 30 g protein, 600 cals
Two cups milk, two scoops protein, 66 g protein, 450 calories

Supper- poutine- 10 g protein, 650 cals
Two cups milk, two scoops protein, 66 g protein, 450 calories
Cals- 2560. Protein- 207
Fats and carbs- no idea

Still doing random workouts with weird weights until tomorrow.

Stopping at Walmart in the way back to get diet food for next week.

My favorites are quest protein chips and Gatorade protein bars- bad on carbs but very good for intraworkout

Diet and training on point until December- nothing going on

Yep not much real food- realized I bought regular tortillas instead of low carb, so I can't haveuch things other than protein powder lmao. Going to buy some more chicken and milk now- ran out
