What I have been eating for the fair (macros estimated)
Breakfast- two cups milk, 16 g protein, 200 cals
Six slices bacon. 21 g protein, 210 cals
Lunch- Philly cheesestake, 30 g protein, 600 cals
Two cups milk, two scoops protein, 66 g protein, 450 calories
Supper- poutine- 10 g protein, 650 cals
Two cups milk, two scoops protein, 66 g protein, 450 calories
Cals- 2560. Protein- 207
Fats and carbs- no idea
Still doing random workouts with weird weights until tomorrow.
Stopping at Walmart in the way back to get diet food for next week.

My favorites are quest protein chips and Gatorade protein bars- bad on carbs but very good for intraworkout
