My wrestling coaches have wanted me to stay around 210 for the last little while, but they have now wanted me to get to 189 pounds in the next two weeks. It is 20 pounds in 2 weeks, but I can do it. I will be consuming nothing but diet pop and water, and every three days I will have a small meal around 400 calories. That, combined with practice, lifting, cardio, and a severe deficit, will allow me to meet my goals. I have around 5 weeks left of test no ester, and I am also going to implement 225 mg of primobolqn depot every week, dosed M/W/F, 75 mg each time.
After, I will be running an extensive post Cycle Therapy, but I plan to run the test no ester and primobolqn depot for the next five weeks, which will bring me to the end of wrestling season. Our team is currently ranked extremely high, but we are out with a lot of injuries. Will continue posting my lifts, but there will be no food to speak of.
