My coach/client who's been guiding me reduced it to 2218. He wants me to be losing slowly to maintain as much muscle long term so I'm happy. Any recommendations what to do in the next 3 weeks. Without sacrificing from his plan. I'm increasing cardio to 30 mins each day. He doenst want too much cardio or strenuous either for muscle wasting.Nope. Tighten up on the diet and cardio

• Training Experience (in years): 20 years naturally on and off. Played pro hockey
Training:
• 5 to 6 workouts a week. I do high volume, mod to. Heavy weight. Bodybuilder type movements with mind to muscle isolations.
• 2 to 4 hours a week hockey.
• A few cardio sessions LISS
Diet:
• Daily Caloric Intake: currently on week 8 of a cut diet a client designs for me. Started at 2800, dropped incrementally by the weeks, now at 2300 calories leading into a vacation 3.5 weeks from now. Trying to lose a bit more fat.

MEAL PLAN ***UPON WAKING BEFORE 1: 10 OZ WATER ½ LEMON SQUEEZED 1 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (10G GLUTAMINE OPTIONAL)
MEAL 1 1 LARGE Eggs, 1 CUP EEG WHITES 1 DEMPSTERS BAGEL, 1 TBSP BECEL LIGHT MARGARINE, 150G BERRIES
MEAL 2 1 SCOOP PROTEIN 1 ½ CUPS UNSWEETED ALMOND MILK
POST WORKOUT 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN 1 CUP UNSWEEETENED ALMOND MILK 1 BANANA
MEAL 4 168G CHICKEN BREAST OR GROUND TURKEY (RAW WEIGHT) 75G RICE (RAW WEIGHT) 1 CUP MIXED VEGGIES (RAW WEIGHT)
MEAL 5 200G LEAN GROUND BEEF (COSTCO COME IN PACK OF 3) 224G SWEET POTATO (RAW WEIGHT) 1 CUP VEGGIES (RAW WEIGHT)
Supplements:
• Nordic fusion 200mg cyp a week EOD 50mg (switching from prop last week. To see if there's a change. I wasn't feeling as good as enthanate from my trt doctor last year)
• Nordic fusion 200 primo Enth per week EOD
• Nordic fusion anavar 20mg Ed pre workout.
• Nordic fusion flame fat burner in morning with coffee.
• MULTIVITAMINE OMEGA 3 FISH OILS GLUTAMINE CREATINE MONOHYDRATE
Blood Work:
• Recent Blood Work: on this current regime no. But I did do one back in February when I tried my first cycle of prop 350 and masteron 350 a week divided by EOD shots. (numbers came back crazy due to me taking prop, and being a quick aromtizer and naturally having/functioning high e2 person.
• I started trt may 2023 from a doctor. 200mg a week enthanate delatestryl. 100mg twice a week. (attached are bloods works from running the above before switching to prop mast)
• As mentioned currently on 200 cyp, 200 primo and 20mg anavar. Will go for labs in 4 weeks.
Cycle Plan:
• Cycle Goals: get leaner initially to see abs, lose stubborn fat. Having a hard time. 8 weeks in, not seeing the progress I expect or want.
• Compounds Planned for Use: cyp, primo, anavar
• Dosage and Frequency: 50mg cyp/primo EOD, 20mg anavar Ed.
• Cycle Length: 12 weeks. Last 5 weeks anavar
• Post Cycle Therapy (if applicable): back to test only at 200mg cyp, or prop will see how I feel on cyp

@Enhancedguy looking good but dont see the bagel in the meal1 CUP egg whites, 1 egg, 150 gram of berries, 1 DEMPSTERS everything bagel.
The diet is easy tbh... Not strugglingJust do the best you can man. Eating the same foods every day makes it easier, lol.
Ate it with my coffee before hand as per usual. Starving in morning so I get that in quick.
I eat the same thing everyday.
It's good actually I just switched up the sauces. Non issue. Mind over matter.Damn that would get old quick
