EPO is very safe if used correctly. There has not been a single overdose incident since the late 90's. That is when it was in its infancy and guys didn't know how to use it. Nothing I've come across works as well as EPO for endurance and repeated efforts. You can go and go and go again on EPO.Can anyone give me some input on the drug. I am a bjj competitor and I have heard wonders about this PED. Also the risks involved. Some information would be much appreciated.
If your heart felt like it was going to explode, it likely wasn't the epo. It doesn't work that way. EPO lowers your heart rate at any given output. Whether you are at rest or at max threshold. The big difference is that on EPO your output will be higher so maybe your cardio fitness was not capable of handling the higher output and you weren't used to your heart working at that level.bro it was horrible...i felt like my heart was going to explode...total shit

Yeah. You can maintain on 4000ius a week for sure. Its funny how afraid of EPO Bodybuilders and Powerlifters are. Before I started lifting I rode competitively for 8 years. The stuff is a wonder drug even when taken in EXTREMELY safe doses. The best year I had I was on Test E, EQ, and 3000iu a week of EPO. Obviously I wasn't pro or I would have been tested, but raced at the highest ametuer level.
Cyclists who died from it early on had hemotocrits in the 60's and their hearts just couldn't pump the sludge. Hematocrit of 50 is ideal. You can go from anywhere from 50-55 but 55 would be pushing it in my mind. Depending on how low your hematocrit is when you begin, you may see a HUGE benefit once you get to optimal levels.
