I'm 46 years old 240 lb and 6 ft 2 in. my body fat is around 20 to 25%
have been working out of the gym since around 2015
over the past year I've dropped 80 lb. I would like to drop more but the problem is I don't want to lose any strength or muscle mass
this is why I would like to use testosterone and equipoise together and do them each at around 400 mg a week
what do you think about this plan?
