I’m looking to start my bulking cycle soon. My stats are 5’8 230lbs 12% BF. 5 cycles under my belt, currently on TRT.

Deca 300mg- wk 1-14
Test Cyp 400mg- wk 1-16
Rad 140- 20mgs ED 12wks

NAC 600mg ED

Vitamin B6 600mg
Week 17 cruise at trt dose for 4 months until cutting cycle begans
Diet. No sugar, No dairy. 2300mg sodium/day
4700mg of potassium/day
Carb sources : Oats/Rice/Potatoes
Protein : lean beef, chicken
Fats : Avacado, nuts
Veggies Spinach, broccoli, green beans
1.5 gallons of water/day
