EQ Dosing Protocols

To be honest you’re the Maine reason that I don’t post much. You obviously haven’t paid attention to my log if you’re having to
ask me questions regarding gear and dosages so you have zero reason to question my dedication when you don’t even know the basics

and I read all pages, I can see the training and diet are not up to par on the amount of gear you want to use
no one is saying dont use steroids man, we are saying dont use high doses
why would that be such an alien or negative concept? :)

just your food alone needs way more protein for the amount of gear you use

and you're talking about 500mgs testosterone, 375mgs deca, 500mgs masteron here without even getting 300 grams of protein or getting training dialed in

my summary:
I think you can do better with the lower dosages if you give us a chance, give the EVO family a chance to help you grow and get leaner.
But to do so you should step back and be more positive, help us understand you and help you get to your goals man :)

No one here is a saint, we all use steroids, but training and diet are 80% and steroids are 20%, so let us help you build the 80% as a family. Not sure how else to ask you, PLEASE lets do this.

Also I want to apologize, if you think I came off wrong, I truly am trying to help you man.
 
Nice man I’m definitely going to check out your log. I was actually thinking about something similar. How does your body react to var? I’ve heard some people don’t respond and other hyper respond there is no real middle ground. I’ve never ran it before

Hey Evo Fam. I am wrapping up a cycle now of Test Deca and I think I want to give EQ a shot for my next go around. I’ve read countless posts on here and throughout the web but looking for more first hand advice.

First off I am 5-10, 216 pounds and I am a moderate aromatizer (average) I have taken up to a gram of test before and never got any test flu just had to up my AI a bit. I have experience with Deca, started out at 300 mg/week and increased up to 600 with no sides. I also have experience with Tren, started out at 225mg week and increased up to 525 mg with 700mg mast and 400mg test with little sides except the occasional tren sweats but nothing too severe.

I seem to have a pretty good tolerance for AAS and in my experience I have to push the doses up to see results. All gear I’ve used has been Geneza Pharm from Naps so I know it’s legit. My question is where should I start with a test EQ cycle for my next blast. I am thinking 1000 test 800 eq and is there anything else I should run alongside.

I think you should get off steroids and lose some body fat.
I’ll be honest the cycle you are running is not coinciding with the physique your displaying, not to be negative but you are not doing things correctly.

You need to take a different approach. Instead of worrying about dosing and ratios and e2, you should focus on a an eating plan that allows you to lose weight at a linear rate. focusing on your health annd improving blood markers and cardio health, how’s your BP? Your fasting glucose? You are running compounds that are going to wreck your health in more ways then one.

probably not the response you want, but I don’t think you have made the right choice for yourself taking the amount of gear with the body fat you are at.. please take my suggestions and get off and improve your diet and cardio vascular health before you even consider using steroids.
 
Just because you don’t get sides doesn’t mean you aren’t responding
 
@Mr.GoodKat reading all the posts and re-reviewing your log. I started reading back and you mentioned you had a tight schedule, so we are happy you were able to share with the EVO family in your log, thank you. :)

What I'd like to know is what is your end goal? like lets say you're using 800mgs equipoise and 1000mgs testosterone, what is the final goal?

Also do you have bloodwork? couldn't find it in your log.

That’s not what I asked.
 
I think cutting down first before you worry about bulking is a smart decision
it's really hard to see the muscle when it's covered up by too much body fat
 
I think with your physique you should be noticing strength improvements
but you can't expect to steroids to improve your physique when you look in the mirror
 
I think the point is you should continue your log
if there's something you're not happy with its okay its there's no shame in that
 
let's face the facts
there's no such thing as a perfect training program it can always be tweaked and improved
