Biceps curls 3 -15 @ 60lb
Ab crunch 3 - 15 @ 100lb
Chest press 3 - 15 @ 140lb
Pec fly 3 -15 @ 100lb
Leg press 3 -15 @ 160lb
Rope 1 min on 30 seconds off x5
Monday:
On the mat’s. 1 hour drilling , 5 minute rounds sparing 1 min rest x5.
From the tracking info it seems my n9guard arrived at home so that will be there after I’m off the road. Will be looking at a gnc/supplement store here in town for some protein powder and fish oil (I live so rural I don’t have something like that back home.
Will add food log next. I feel like that will be my biggest opportunity to cut down my mid section of its extra padding.
When looking at fish oil , does brand matter? And what is recommended mg/day? Also the same question applies with collagen. I’m planning on hitting the local supplement store and want to make educated buys if not needing to order online due to specific brands.

So much awesome info from everyone. I’m loving the support and can’t wait for all my stuff to arrive. Today I saw PSL shipped my first order (summer cut and cardarine) and I realized I put wrong address. I live in a small rural town, so soon as I see tracking saying it’s close I will talk with post office and try to catch it when it’s out for delivery. My second order (test e) also had wrong address, I put 2’s instead of 5’s for some reason lol and messaged them to have it changed before shipping.
All of this upfront work and prep is making me feel like I will be able to maximize the use of everything. Thank you everyone for support. I travel home tonight and will update on diet and workouts I plan on doing at home when off the mat as well.
