Some long shifts at the hospital but was able to grab some pics.

Sundays lifts were all on machines:

30 mins spin bike
Biceps curls 3 -15 @ 60lb
Ab crunch 3 - 15 @ 100lb
Chest press 3 - 15 @ 140lb
Pec fly 3 -15 @ 100lb
Leg press 3 -15 @ 160lb
Rope 1 min on 30 seconds off x5

Monday:
On the mat’s. 1 hour drilling , 5 minute rounds sparing 1 min rest x5.

From the tracking info it seems my n9guard arrived at home so that will be there after I’m off the road. Will be looking at a gnc/supplement store here in town for some protein powder and fish oil (I live so rural I don’t have something like that back home.

Will add food log next. I feel like that will be my biggest opportunity to cut down my mid section of its extra padding.

When looking at fish oil , does brand matter? And what is recommended mg/day? Also the same question applies with collagen. I’m planning on hitting the local supplement store and want to make educated buys if not needing to order online due to specific brands.

2-3g (2-3,000mg) a day for me

You can see the muscle belly starting to pop.
Good for you forgetting a full hour in of drilling and technique followed up with rolling.
It's hard anymore to get a full hour and of drilling, most schools, coaches and professors be doing anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes of drilling and if you're lucky you'll get a few rounds in afterwards with some live rolling..
Far as it goes with your meals, if you want some help in that area let me know, I'll be more than willing to help you out and get you structured with a kick ass diet that's catered to exactly what you're going for, with your training, your physique and everything..
Let me know man cuz I can write you something up, it will be kind of a cookie cutter at first because that's where you have to start at and then from there we can make our adjustments with adding and subtracting nutrients..
Truly it would be no trouble for me brother.. and on top of that we can have the rest of our fellow brothers here in the community chime in with whatever meal plan I set you up with if they can throw in some advice as well..

By the way, now I know it's still a little bit early but sometimes people can notice the pumps relatively quickly, have you noticed what I was emphasizing on before when I was speaking about the blood volume and the pumps and how they can sometimes hinder and interfere with your rolling?

So much awesome info from everyone. I’m loving the support and can’t wait for all my stuff to arrive. Today I saw PSL shipped my first order (summer cut and cardarine) and I realized I put wrong address. I live in a small rural town, so soon as I see tracking saying it’s close I will talk with post office and try to catch it when it’s out for delivery. My second order (test e) also had wrong address, I put 2’s instead of 5’s for some reason lol and messaged them to have it changed before shipping.

All of this upfront work and prep is making me feel like I will be able to maximize the use of everything. Thank you everyone for support. I travel home tonight and will update on diet and workouts I plan on doing at home when off the mat as well.

You will do really well, I hope you are making changes to the diet now? higher protein?
 
Thank you brother. Yes I have added 2-3 eggs each morning. Picked up GNC AMP wheybolic protein powder the 40mg stuff. Starting that tomorrow. With my fish oil and collagen. Will make sure to get atleast 1 shake in if not 2 a day. When I get my gear in I will up that as well.

Daily BCAA drink pre roll and post roll. Morning eggs/protien shake. Lunch protien shake , collagen and fish oil. Dinner more protien veggies.

I have acquired some kettle bells as well to put in some added work after mat time as well.
