I saw evolution nutrition selling BCAAs that have an energy boost to them but I don't see the creatine in the formula. If it's not on the inrediet list maybe creatine is in there hidden?

The product is called BCAA energy because they add stimulants like caffeine to the BCAA supplement. It does not contain creatine.

If you are looking for a creatine supplement, get a bulk creatine monohydrate supplement or a capsulated creatine product like ancient strength from n2bm.com. I personally like the pills because it makes dosing really easy. I take 3 pills before each workout. No powders or mixing needed.

Creatine shouldn't be expensive. A 30 day supply of ancient strength is around $15 on needtobuildmuscle.com

It is not hidden in there - they just did not put any creatine in this product. For energy they have the stims in there, which is not cool, especially if you want to avoid using stims. Why not just use a normal clean BCAA product and creatine, and perhaps some non-stim preworkouts? It would be a much healthier alternative.

If its not on the list, its not there. Why would they hide something beneficial from the label?

mislabeling supplements is a big no-no. when they get caught the FDA will issue a recall and the company will face a major headache. so read the labels
