Meal 2 - basmati rice, lentil/pumpkin/potato curry
Snack - 4 aussie bites, 2oz sea salt almonds, oats and dark chocolate energy bars

Jogging
1 x 10min jogging/ 1min walking

Thanks man. I feel so sore and inflammed tho from eating animal products while cutting. I cannot wait for a few days off in Vegas, then longer fast, less training and tons of fruits and vegetables and plant-based stuff.the way you mantain your body is something that i preach on the podcasts. people take better care of maintaing their pools and cars then they do their bodies.
