Sleep :
On and off. Nap was too long yesterday.

Fasting :
N/A. Too much training. Hunger still killing me and this week of "diet break" I'm just listening to my body. But crazy how bringing back carbs fuck up the signals.

Food :
Meal 1 - 1.5cup greek yogurt, strawberries, chia seeds
Meal 2 - basmati rice, lentil/pumpkin/potato curry
Snack - 4 aussie bites, 2oz sea salt almonds, oats and dark chocolate energy bars

Water intake : 5L
Supplements : taurine, magnesium citrate, B complex, omega-3, vitamin D, creatine
T-bol week 8

Training :
Jogging
1 x 10min jogging/ 1min walking
1 x 5min jogging / 1min walking
1 x 10min jogging/ 1min walking
total time = 28min

yoga x 45min

Walking with dog x 60min

Meal prepped for the next 10 days. I start to cut tomorrow. It will be a hard cut. I will alternate from those meals. Not fast. Not count calories. A lot of electrolytes.

the way you mantain your body is something that i preach on the podcasts. people take better care of maintaing their pools and cars then they do their bodies.
Thanks man. I feel so sore and inflammed tho from eating animal products while cutting. I cannot wait for a few days off in Vegas, then longer fast, less training and tons of fruits and vegetables and plant-based stuff.

My cardio is bottomless. The issues is muscular pain and endurance past a certain threshold.
