Thanks guys for all your advice and support. I'm sore and hungry and peeing all the time. I'm nervous about the weight and the impact of the flight on water retention. I'm really peaking performance wise tho but this has been one of the hardest month.

This week :
Monday - stretching, nogi class
Tuesday - last jog, stretching and foam rolling, leaving for Vegas at night
Wednesday - groceries + hiking at Red Rock to stay away form temptation and sweat a bit
Thursday - Worlds Masters gi, jiujitsu con gi (adult matches at 8 min)
Friday - jiujitsu con nogi at middleweight (lol)

when you eat as well as you do and do so much cardio will be hard for the body to hold much fat :)

you should set a goal to get under 8% body fat
100% not gonna happen. I last considered myself a bodybuilder of sorts a long time ago. There is zero advantage to me strength wise getting to 8%. The last time I was close to that percentage was in my teens. I'm been strength focused for about 23 years (c2000 or so - training started in 1980). Even long term health wise c12-15% makes a lot more sense.

IF, as may well happen, the odd vein pops out more than the odd one does now - I'll consider that a bonus.
