Extreme muscle definition

I am a great fan of very lean and defined lean mass. For instance, I don't like when my pecs are big and round, and see more appealable such pecs as Tom Cruise has for instance - very edgy, sharp and plane. Yet you can see he is in good shape. Do you know if that can be achieved with some particular steroids, or it is about special exercises?

Honestly it is really about having low body fat. I would not run any "wet" compounds if you want this look. I think just diet and training is the way to go. You could add some Cardarine perhaps to help with additional fat loss.

I just wrote an extensive article for evolutionary.org called 'the ultimate men cover model steroid cycle'

Basically, it all comes down to having a very low body fat and using compounds that don't aromatize or cause water retention.

Cardarine gw + n2slin + anavar + proviron + primo is basically going to be the best 'cover model' cycle you can put together.

Weeks 1 - 8
cardarine gw 20mg/day (10mg AM 10mg PM)
n2slin 2 capsules before meals
anavar 40mg/day
proviron 40mg/day
primo 40mg/day
N2guard 7 capsules/day <- for liver support. Remember that your liver is your body's primary fat burning organ

You can order everything you need for the cycle from ag-guys.com, n2bm.com and sarms1.com.

Low bodyfat and no muscle mass

yeah sounds like a bird chest look. whatever floats a persons boat, but its been proven that women go for a guy with huge shoulders and pecs. it is like a peacock showing off.

In the end of the day, it is all about being lean, which means no fat and decent shape. There is not much to add to the cycle suggested by @muskate. The only thing I can tell for sure, is that cardio training will be vital for this kind of form, so even if you use the proper compounds, don't forget to follow a good diet and do a lot of cardio. There are no special exercises, that will change the shape of the pecs....it is all genetics.
