Approved Log Fat Loss Training Log - Female

Hi, new to the group! I am looking for a little guidance and support with PEDs, there is a lot of conflicting information, so I have decided to base my training off what works for other females out there and tweak as needed.

Height - 154cm (5’1)
Weight - 71.3kg
Age - 23
Calories - Approx. 1100-1300

Starting weight was 89kg (Nov 2023) and my main aim is to keep focusing on fat loss for the time being but not neglect muscle gain either.

I have done one cycle (3 weeks on/2 weeks off)
Clen 40mcg - Daily
Anavar 10mg - Daily

Currently using:
Clen 40mcg - Daily
Retatrutide - Twice weekly

Thinking of adding GW501516 and reintroducing Anavar.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

What doses of Retatrutide your planning on using. More information on diet macro break down, training and cardio your doing can help us guide you.

Welcome to the family!!
As @Pigsy said in his post. Give us a bit more info on the diet and training.
Start a log so we can see what's going on daily and help you with any changes you may need along the way.
Pics will also help us. There are a few other women logging right now. I'll tag them for you.

@BJJgal welcome to the evolutionary.org family!

You are in the right place to get support. We have very strong and powerful women in our community, check their logs:
@RoidRageWife https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/roidragewife-female-training-log.95769/
@gymlife4me https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/training-log-female.90425/
@rememberTHE5 https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...ning-strength-staying-lean-third-cycle.96026/

I think you can add anavar and cardarine BUT should you? thats the big question.
You understand we dont know much about you right? it would be irresponsible for us to tell you to use more anavar or GW without knowing much about you (example Id say adding light testosterone is even better but I'm guessing).

Thank you for all the responses! I have already started following a few of the ladies mentioned and I will definitely check out the ones I missed.

I have tried to note down all the info I have recorded so far, hope it helps.

Height - 154cm (5’1)
Weight - 71.1kg
Age - 23
Calories - Approx. 1100-1300

Sleep: Aim for 8-10 hours

Supplements:
Multivitamin, B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Magnesium, Omega 3 and Iron - Daily
Clen 40mcg - Daily (only 3 days in)
Retatrutide 0.2ml - Twice a week

Cycle History: Only did one cycle previously starting five weeks ago.
3 weeks on/2 weeks off
Clen 40mcg - Daily
Anavar 10mg - Daily
Retatrutide 0.2ml - Twice a week

I have just done a blood test today to set the baseline, should I start incorporating anything new.

Cardio: Lacking at the moment. Only squeezing in 5-10 minutes on the treadmill or stairs after a workout.

Training: 3-4 days a week - usually done fasted first thing in the morning or 3+ hours after last meal.

I’ve only been in the gym consistently for three months and I am still trying to build my base hence the dependence on machines. I will eventually like to transition to more free weights but don’t feel confident yet to do so. However, I have been active for the past 6 months with BJJ (which I am going to put on pause to focus on this side of things for a few weeks).

Welcome to the Evo Group. Nice start to your journey. Congrats on your weight loss so far! Did this wt loss all start with the addition of Retatrutide? Or did u try with just diet exercise, BJJ first? So you’re interested in more fat loss but want to add weights/resistance. Perfect.
So what got you interested in Anavar and Clen? Those are usually great and generally safe For women but often used for strength. I would say you’re very young should see where your natural strength gets you first then add peds to enhance or move you out of a stalled or plateau point. The weight loss drugs do take muscle away with the fat so I’m glad to see you add weight training. I love It myself. Been doing it 30+ years. How have the side effects been for you on the clen and var? Food looks delicious. How is your protein to carbohydrate grams? Let’s learn more about you. 💪🌸

Diet: I have attached photos of my latest go to meals for the past month, plus a protein shake if I have the stomach for it.
@BJJgal thank you for the share, this will be your official log now, I updated it.

your training is hardcore love it BUT the diet lets talk more
i see 3 meals and a protein shake you mean?
because the volume of training you're doing you need higher protein diet

I suggest you try real food if you can in your budget or switch and add protein bars and shakes, depends on the budget.
please keep sharing diet training so we see where you're at

please share your picture face blurred
share some more meal pics as you go
share training pics if you can please

also supplements, share a pic and details

thanks and welcome to the EVO family officially with a LOG

your exercise is definitely on point
now the next step is dialing in your diet that's where we're going to be able to help you
have you read or learn anything about fasting protocols that's going to be one of the best things you can do here

I have read a little bit about it, I was thinking of trying the 8/16 hour fast cycle. I have been slack in my meal prep but hoping to get it sorted tonight. Once I do, I will post the breakdowns.

Hi and thank you! No, the first 10-11kg of the weight loss was done supplement and retatrutide free. I was suggested the clen to help move the weight loss along when I hit a plateau and then the Anavar came soon after to help with building muscle that I wasn’t able to on the calorie deficit. Also, I was looking to compete in BJJ and was not where I wanted to be strength wise.

The first clen cycle was not too bad, other than the occasional shakes and a little brain fog, I didn’t deal with many other sides. As for the Anavar, I probably didn’t track the sides well enough to comment confidently. However, I definitely saw a massive improvement in my numbers at the gym within the workouts during my cycle.

The retatrutide was the last addition, to help curb the hunger that came with training more.

This time round the clen is affecting my sleep, hence the interest in GW. My goal is to get as much weight off so I can switch the focus to muscle growth.

My tip is be careful with sauces and condiments
eat food and use spices instead like salt and pepper and paprika to liven up your food

a lot of sauces have a lot of bad stuff in them
also make sure you're adding in some fasted cardio that's really good

I think it's important to consolidate what you're doing
using too many things and being disorganized works against you
