Yeah it's heaps better, the ment should helpBrother if u are coming off a shoulder injury I'm not so sure a blast is the best thing for just coming back.
Make sure you take it very slow and really pay attention to your shoulder and what is causing the issue, if u get to strong to soon you can injury that shoulder again.
