Hey guys been off gym for 3-4 weeks now cos of a bad shoulder it’s getting better now. I’ll start a blast to make up for lost time haha
 
I’ll be running @MassiveSparky gear he kindly sent me. Will kick start with test e, ment and anadrol. I’ll add his cut mix and other things later down the line. Thanks again brother @MassiveSparky

Brother if u are coming off a shoulder injury I'm not so sure a blast is the best thing for just coming back.

Make sure you take it very slow and really pay attention to your shoulder and what is causing the issue, if u get to strong to soon you can injury that shoulder again.

Just be smart and safe about it brother, welcome back 😎 💪

Yeah it's heaps better, the ment should help
 
Shoulder injuries are common in our game. Avoid anything overhead or incline

Make sure you are warming up before and stretching post.

Improve mobility with yoga. Look at Eagle pose. 🦅

I wish I had known about this at ur age or I wouldn’t have tore mine 10 years ago!

@gearhead make this an approved log please boss. My shoulder feeling betters guys, I cant hit 100kg bench cold for 12 like i used to but hit 8 tonight so not bad
 
The No1 issue I see re shoulders is the sheer volume. I've commented on logs where a member is doing 3 moves around the joint (or more) and with high volume.

All I do is press for shoulders. Even I do a lot of sets on chest and back day

tren and steroids will make injuries more likely
they take the body too far
 
I highly recommend HGH and NPP to help speed up shoulder healing. IGF-1 if you can get it.
 
good job on the leg training
you also want to watch out for me and hip issues if you over-train the legs
