Brother if u are coming off a shoulder injury I'm not so sure a blast is the best thing for just coming back.

Make sure you take it very slow and really pay attention to your shoulder and what is causing the issue, if u get to strong to soon you can injury that shoulder again.

Just be smart and safe about it brother, welcome back 😎 💪

Ok good just want to make sure I had one that required surgery hate to see someone push to far to fast and risk it
 
Shoulder injuries are common in our game. Avoid anything overhead or incline

Make sure you are warming up before and stretching post.

Improve mobility with yoga. Look at Eagle pose. 🦅

I wish I had known about this at ur age or I wouldn’t have tore mine 10 years ago!

The No1 issue I see re shoulders is the sheer volume. I've commented on logs where a member is doing 3 moves around the joint (or more) and with high volume.

All I do is press for shoulders. Even I do a lot of sets on chest and back day

tren and steroids will make injuries more likely
they take the body too far
 
good job on the leg training
you also want to watch out for me and hip issues if you over-train the legs
 
you're at the phase where you want to train your balls off
that's respectable but at the same time remember our bodies are very fragile you got to be smart when you train
