Approved Log Fatboy injury come back cycle Log

That combo of Test E, NPP, and Primo sounds like a solid stack.

Great log, excited to watch more of your progress 💪
Feeling good and shoulder feeling much better

You should stay on 100mg NPP year round.
For less pain?

I've addressed this on multiple fronts. I'll summarize here
1. Deca (or NPP) do NOT fix knackered joints (and I LOVE Deca). Only in labs did they see SOME uptake or improvement of collagen synthesis (when people cite deca or NPP being useful this is what they are quoting). The issue, also addressed below, is NO improvement in real world use
2. Real world stuff: Users carry on doing what it was that caused the issue to occur. And, now that they are pain free, they do even MORE. More weight, reps or volume cos no pain right? It's the difference between how users were looked at in the studies vs how users really perform.
3. Addressing the root cause. I am, as many know, doping stuff which allows me to bench more with more weight, more pressing with more weight and ditto triceps. Ergo the risk factors pile up for shoulder, elbow or wrist issues. And that's without looking at the form any of us uses.
4. Rest, rehab and even switching exercises. Not enough of these. Far too many of us keep plugging away when we do sometimes need to avoid doing what we are doing until its healed.
5. Just plain old wear and tear.
6. Modifying volume if it is causing an issue.

On rehab (I'm just as guilty here). I literally did an article or thread for Evo years ago. I had a older buddy (75+ then) pose for the photos showing how to do rotator cuff work. How much time per week are any, again inc me, actually doing ANY rehab work? One issue is we kinda get very set in the 'routine' we use. As in (again me) 'Mondays is leg day'. Whereas it might be better to set aside even 30 minutes a week to work on one issue (like the shoulders here).

I'd argue that staying on something which, at best hides the pain, year round is NOT a good idea.

Tonight done
