Yeah I don't usually do combat sports, just had some fun with a mate hahaI would not do any combat sports. The person you're going up against doesn't care about your arm. They only care about beating you. You gotta give up some things if you want to succeed in others.

Going to start my spring recomp, I finally fixed my shoulder issues so I can get back to it! Notorious labs kindly sent me some goodies to log, so I'll use them well. My plan is to get bigger and lose some fat in the process. Cycle will be 300 test E, 200 primo and 300 tren E. Thanks again bro @bigdawg1
