You really need to make sure you're warming up properly if you're going to work your shoulders in any lift
 
definitely warm up before your workout and also remember to stretch don't lack on these types of things
 
i would avoid militaries and anything overhead
 
Nah just HGH haha, I'm more recovering from Covid than anything else
Take it easy coming back. Compromised immune system leads to injury. Ease back in.
I've also dealt with shoulder and elbow issues. Get on BPC and TB first sign of niggles.
