so during the week I’m all about good energy but on the weekends I tend to tail off and I start getting fatigued
what do you think would work good when it comes to supplements that I can try to boost my energy.
I’m currently in my early 40s and I work a full-time job about 50 hours a week so that doesn’t help matters

your brain is smart. it knows the weekend is time to wind down. my advice especially with a hectic life is take a day to unwind. watch some sprots/movies on the weekends. you will relax and take a nap

i would take cardarine the whole week low dose 5-10 mgs and add some cardazol 2-3 caps spread the whole day
keeps you energized and motivated

we all love n2guard cause it works great

n2bm has been providing great supplements for years

Sleep in would be a great supplement. As someone who works 6 and sometimes 7 days a week but can start later on some days I use that as a sleep in. keeps the energy better.

Weekends (which could be a Thursday for me) is about movies and relax. Or I head off to a recovery center for a hot and cold baths and suna..
